Christian Education Ministry

The Christian Education Ministry is designed to inform, equip and develop members and help them to identify, pursue and obtain their purpose in ministry.  Additionally, this Ministry involves the administration and coordination of programs or strategies to facilitate the spiritual growth and maturity of believers, especially those with a strong desire to become a part of leadership.

New Member’s Ministry

This Ministry identifies the uniqueness of Higher Way Ministries.  It shows that membership is highly valued and not casual.  This Ministry offers all new members a four-week class to ensure that everyone is on the same page with vision, direction, structure, purpose and strategy.  This class is especially designated for all "new" members who recently joined the fellowship of Higher Way Ministries.

Member Services Ministry

The Member Services Ministry is designed to familiarize all new members with the process for becoming an integral part of the body of believers at Higher Way Ministries.

3M Ministry

This Ministry is for all "new" members who recently joined the fellowship at Higher Way Ministries. The objective of this ministry is to enhance the process of the new members’ and new converts’ relationship with God and the church. The 3M is setup in three phases: Member, Mentoring and Ministry.

Intercessory Prayer Ministry

The Prayer Ministry undergirds the Pastor and Church in prayer. This Ministry prays that God’s will in Heaven be done on Earth.  This Ministry intercedes, arbitrates, and intervenes on behalf of the people and ministries of Higher Way Ministries.   This Ministry prays that the people of Higher Way Ministries will receive VICTORY in their everyday life!  There must be an interview with the Pastor before becoming a part of this ministry.
